Troubled Youth Counselor

March 2005-November 2015

I worked with troubled youth in various capacities, first as a Wilderness Instructor at SUWS of Idaho, at a Tween and Teen Girls Boarding School in Central Oregon, Mentored High School and Middle school aged girls in The Bay Area and then as a Family Therapist at a Therapeutic Boarding School.

MA in Integral Counseling Psychology

January 2010-May 2013

Attended a Transpersonal Integral Counseling Program in San Francisco, California. The program was experiential, exploratory and deeply rooted in Western Psychology blended with Eastern Traditions. I did a Vision Quest, Learned Intuitive Healing, Experienced Gestalt Process Groups, and the practice of non-dual meditations.

Private Practice Therapist

May 2009-Present

I began seeing individual clients as a Mentor to teens whose parents wanted extra support for their children. I was trained as a Gestalt Therapist, participated in a group practice and facilitated groups of healing for adults and individuals since 2009. I am now qualified to begin working as a supervisor to interns who are working toward clinical hours.
